Refreshing Cucumber and Snail Slices Recipe

Ingredients for Cucumber and Snail Slices:

500g of fresh snails, 2 cucumbers, 100g of wood ear mushrooms, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 tablespoons of Hao Ji Spicy Sichuan Sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate (MSG), 2 tablespoons of aged vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.


Step 1: Prepare fresh and lively snails for a unique and delicious dish.

Step 3: Sprinkle a moderate amount of salt, rub the snail heads to remove impurities and mucus, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
