Ingredients for Cai Fan Rice: Rice 2 cups, Carrots 2, Oil as needed, Salt as needed, Potato 1, Green Vegetables 2, Sausage half, Luncheon Meat 2 slices, Dried Tofu 1 sheet.
Method: Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients and dice them for later use. Step 2: Pour oil into the pot, add all the prepared ingredients and stir-fry, then add water (according to the rice cooking ratio). Step 3: Add salt to the stir-fried vegetables (slightly saltier than usual to give the Cai Fan Rice flavor) and transfer to the rice cooker with rice, steaming as you would for regular rice. After steaming, mix in the pot and it’s ready to serve.
