Steps for preparing Dried Vegetables:


1. Clean the Chinese cabbage thoroughly.


2. Boil water and add some salt, then blanch the cabbage briefly.


3. Remove the cabbage, drain the water, and place it in a vegetable dryer. If you don’t have a machine, dry it under the sun.


4. Once it’s dried to the desired consistency, it’s ready.


5. I also took it out to sun-dry for a day before storing it for later consumption.
