Ingredients for Pork Lard and Tower Vegetable: Pork lard, one teaspoon; Tower vegetable, 300 grams; Salt, one teaspoon.
Method: Step 1: Clean and cut the tower vegetable into inch-long segments. If time allows, try to remove the veins from the stems when peeling the leaves, which will make it more palatable.
Step 2: Scoop out some cooked pork lard, approximately the amount mentioned above.
Step 3: Heat the pan and melt the pork lard.
Step 4: Pour in the tower vegetable and stir-fry.
