Homestyle Tofu Recipe

Ingredients for Homestyle Tofu: 500g firm tofu, 170g tomatoes, 35g green onions, 25g garlic sprouts, 2 tablespoons oil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon selected soy sauce.
Step 1: Gather all the ingredients. Step 2: Cut the tofu into pieces, blanch in boiling water, then remove and drain for later use. Step 3: Finely chop the green onions and garlic sprout roots separately, slice the tomatoes thinly, and mince the garlic. Step 4: Heat the pan with cool oil, add minced garlic to release the aroma, then add chopped green onions and garlic sprout roots to stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 5: Gently stir-fry the drained tofu over medium-low heat, slowly frying. Step 6: Fry until the edges of the tofu are slightly yellow, then add the selected soy sauce and stir-fry. Step 7: Season with salt and continue to stir-fry. Step 8: When the color of the tofu deepens and the moisture is cooked off, add the tomatoes and stir-fry. Step 9: Finally, add the garlic sprout leaves and mix well.

Step 10: Serve and garnish with chopped green onion leaves.
