Ingredients for Braised Vegetables: 500g pickled vegetables, 20g peanuts, 20g soybeans, a few drops of sesame oil, salt to taste, vinegar to taste, chili powder to taste, one bunch of cilantro.
Method: Step 1: Take one pickled vegetable knot, wash it, peel it, and cut it into shreds. Blanch the shreds in boiling water, then remove and set aside. Step 2: Add cooked peanuts and soybeans, mix in salt, chili powder, vinegar, sesame oil, green onion and ginger shreds, cilantro, and monosodium glutamate, then mix well and serve.
