Ingredients for Piáo’ěr Cài: Piáo’ěr Cài, appropriate amount of oil, a small amount of salt, appropriate soy sauce and vinegar.
Method: Step 1 – Wash the vegetables. Step 2 – Finely chop the garlic. Step 3 – Heat oil in a pan with garlic, stir-fry briefly to release the aroma! Add Piáo’ěr Cài, appropriate water, a small red chili pepper, and season with soy sauce and salt. Stir-fry over low heat, and finally add vinegar.
