1. Pre-cook the pork belly and cut into large pieces.
2. Crush the garlic and set aside the ginger slices.
3. Set aside the pork belly.
4. Rinse the pickled vegetables several times.
5. Heat oil in a casserole.
6. Fry the star anise and other prepared ingredients until fragrant.
