Steps for making Hubei Stir-Fry:
1. Prepare one heart of Chinese cabbage, half a carrot, and 3 cloves of garlic.
2. Soak vermicelli noodles in hot water in advance, then rinse with cold water.
3. Shred the carrot, blanch it, and rinse with cold water. Shred the Chinese cabbage heart and set aside.

6. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
Cooking Tips for Hubei Stir-Fry:
1. Garlic cloves can be crushed with a mortar and pestle for a stronger flavor. Since there are children at home, I crushed them to make the taste milder.
2. Rinsing vermicelli noodles with cold water after boiling makes them more chewy and elastic.
3. Blanching the carrot and then rinsing with cold water makes it crispier.
