Method:
Step 1: Knead the rested dough thoroughly and roll it into a uniformly thick large sheet.
Step 2: Sprinkle a thin layer of cornflour and fold it into a long strip.
Step 3: Cut the dough into your preferred width.
Step 4: We prefer wide noodles, so we cut them wider; you can also cut them thinner according to your preference.
Step 5: After the water boils, add the cut noodles and cook until they boil and rise two or three times.
Step 6: Place the cooked noodles in a bowl, pour over tomato and egg sauce, and enjoy. Delicious noodles are the most comforting.
Cooking Tips: When mixing the dough, control the water content and make it slightly harder, which makes it easier to shape and prevents sticking when cutting.
