Fulinmen Daoxiao Noodles 100g, Salt 3g, Chicken Flavor Powder 2g, Five-Spice Powder 2g, Aged Vinegar 10ml, Light Soy Sauce 10ml, Chopped Green Onions 5g, Dried Red Chili Powder 5g, Rapeseed Oil 10g.
Method:
Step 1: Boil 100g of Fulinmen Daoxiao Noodles in water for about 7 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the base of the bowl with salt, chicken flavor powder, five-spice powder, aged vinegar, and light soy sauce, mixing well and setting aside.
Step 3: After about 7 minutes, the noodles will float when cooked.
Step 4: Serve the noodles into the prepared bowl.

Step 6: Place chopped green onions and dried red chili powder on top of the noodles.
