Tofu and Vegetable Squares Recipe

Ingredients for Tofu and Vegetable Squares: 100g firm tofu, 1 egg white, 20g broccoli (blanched in advance), 20g carrot (blanched in advance), 50g all-purpose flour, 5g shrimp skin, approximately 2g salt.
Method: Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Step 2: Mash the firm tofu into a paste. Step 3: Add egg white, chopped broccoli, chopped carrot, shrimp skin, all-purpose flour, and salt. Step 4: Mix and stir evenly. (Tip: For babies allergic to egg whites, two egg yolks can be used as a substitute.) Step 5: Brush oil in a non-stick pan, scoop tofu and vegetable paste with a spoon, and shape into squares. Step 6: Pan-fry over medium-low heat until the bottom is set, then flip and cook until both sides are slightly browned and fully cooked. Step 7: Serve the finished Tofu and Vegetable Squares.
